Sellers/Listing Agent
We represent sellers in real estate transactions. We list the seller’s property and work on the seller’s behalf to sell the property at a price and under terms that are best for the seller. We essentially help sellers price their property, help stage the home, and market and promote the property in various ways, such as on social media sites, open house events, videos, and much more. We promote to prospective buyers and negotiate offers from the execution of the contract to the closing table.
Home Staging
We help sellers prepare their home for potential buyers. We set the stage which involves helping the seller prioritize their efforts and concentrate on the areas that will set their home apart from other houses on the market to get the most money in the shortest amount of time. Staging helps sell homes three to 30 times faster than non-staging.
New Construction
We can assist you with your purchase of a new construction home purchase. Builders have agents that represent their interests. We represent your interest at the table. We will increase your knowledge of the builder, the home, and its construction quality. We will help you make the right decisions accordingly to your budget. We will help negotiate terms with the builder. We will also negotiate our commission fees with the builder at no cost to you. We will also review and advise you on the terms of the contract. We will refer you to multiple lenders we have partnered with for assistance with financing.
Rental and
Lease
We help clients locate properties to rent or lease. We can help you locate the right neighborhood, apartment, or home size, in your price range. We would send you property listings that may be of interest to you and accompany you on a tour of those properties. Once you decide on a rental and submit all the required information, we will help you understand the real estate lease contract. We can help prevent you from signing a rental agreement that may put you in a bad position financially or violates your rights as a real estate tenant.
