Kierra Bridgewater graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with her Bachelor
of Science degree in Psychology. While attending Texas A&M University, she served on the executive board of Texas A&M’s National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Lambda Lambda chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. Following graduation Kierra attended
Lamar University and graduated in 2020 with a Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kierra thrives as a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicating herself to
her client’s well-being. Since graduating with her Master’s degree, she has worked in a
psychiatric inpatient setting, an outpatient behavioral health program, a rehab facility, K-12
public charter school, and now she work at the Student Health Center at Lamar University.
As the teams Transaction Coordinator, she brings attention to detail, quick learning ability, organization skills, and commitment to clear communication to keep all parties informed. Also,
she is driven by her eagerness to learn and adapt to the needs of the team and clients. Her goal is to provide reliable support, allowing agents to focus on client relationships and growing their business. She is dedicated to continuous learning and improving her skills and becoming an
invaluable member of the team.
When she is not coordinating transaction or providing counseling services, her life revolves around her family and personal growth. As a wife and mother of two energetic kids she understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She and her husband Lawrence J. Flanagan work as a team to juggle their careers and family responsibilities. Kierra is a firm believer in the strength of a good support system, as well as prioritizing self-care has been crucial in her maintaining her energy and enthusiasm for both work and family life. The activities that allow her to recharge and bring her best self to both work and family
responsibilities are reading, knitting, watching movies and tv shows, and listening to music to name a few. By sharing her approach to work-life balance, she hopes to connect with clients who value both professional excellence and personal well-being. As she believes that a fulfilled personal life enhances her ability to provide top-notch services in her role as the teams Transaction Coordinator.
I have been a dedicated and experienced real estate agent committed to providing service to buyers and sellers. With over a decade of work experience in real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in helping individuals with different ever-changing fields in the real estate market. I’ve always enjoyed learning and helping homeowners as well as building lasting relationships. I started off as an assistant in my college years for a local real estate brokerage company and have been currently working in the field ever since. I pride myself on getting the job done and being proactive. My approach I must say is to stay open with communication, transparency, integrity, and most of all being caring.
I have worked with various real estate organizations Dallas Central Appraisal District, O’Connor & Associates, Novotny Property Tax Consultants, and currently the managing member of A.E.Lavely & Associates LLC, where I am a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and also I am the Founder and President of the nonprofit- The Community Samaritan Foundation.
When I am not assisting clients, you can find me expanding my knowledge in various community-related events, seminars, and workshops, improving my skills, and continually keeping updated on what’s going on in my society. I feel we should never stop learning and that every day we should strive to grow and improve in whatever we choose to do – Never stop learning!
